Information we collect
This website has no contact forms, accounts or online ordering, so it does not ask you for personal details.
If you telephone us to book a repair or buy an appliance, we take the details needed to do the job, such as your name, address, phone number and the appliance concerned. We use them only to arrange and carry out the work, to deal with any follow-up, and to keep the business records the law requires. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
Cookies
We only set analytics cookies if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or make no choice, they are not set and Google Analytics is not loaded.

Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to see how many people visit, which parts of the page they look at and whether they use the phone links. Google receives usage information and an online identifier from your browser. We see totals and trends, not who you are.
Services that help run the site
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks. It processes technical details such as your IP address and may set a cookie that is strictly necessary for security.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address when it does.
